At that time, Transcend owned all of its own vehicles and employed all of its own drivers; with this model still intact in the Mid-Atlantic region. Based on that model and our unparalleled outcomes, Transcend developed a rigorous credentialing process and quality expectations for all of our vendor partners. In 2011, with 20 years of proven results in the Mid-Atlantic region, Transcend saw the potential to provide National coverage without losing the quality of a community-based service.
